This group of more than 900 rooms, distributed in more than 7 hotels and 2 tourist complexes is looking for interns to achieve the following tasks :
- Make preliminary preparations and simple dishes
- Food productin
- Mise en place
- Cleaning of work station
- Assistance in the development of menu sets
- Buffet preparation task
- Show cooking
- Take care of the kitchen supply
- Review the utility and condition of the installations, as well as the preservation of food
- Apply hygienic regulations: Health, occupational safety, environmental protection…
Additional information :
- Dates : 3 to 6 months
- Remuneration : 400€/months + 3 meals/day + accomodation
- Language : English and Spanish B1/B2
- Studies : Gastronomy, cooking, hospitality and tourism
- NIE mandatory
