This group of more than 900 rooms, distributed in more than 7 hotels and 2 tourist complexes is looking for interns to achieve the following tasks :
- Welcome customers, guide them to their tables if it’s necessary and serve them
- Prepare the tables before open the restaurant
- Take note of food and beverage orders and deliver the command to the kitchen or bar for preparation
- Serve food and/or drinks
- Deliver the invoice to customers and receive their payment or, failing that, guide them to the cashier
- Remove the plates and cutlery and clean the tables
- Follow the cleaning plan
- Preparation of drinks and snacks
- Preparation of cocktails
- Organization of room
- Customer service
Additional information :
- Dates : 3 to 6 months
- Remuneration : 400€/months + 3 meals/day + accomodation
- Language : English and Spanish B1/B2
- Studies : Gastronomy, F&B management, hospitality and tourism
- NIE mandatory
