This group of more than 900 rooms, distributed in more than 7 hotels and 2 tourist complexes is looking for interns to achieve the following tasks :
- Welcome & inform
- Prepare customer arrivals
- Reservations
- Check-in/out
- Telephone assistance
- Customer service
- Billing
- Provide information about touristic destinations in the area
- Sell of excursions and tours
Additional information :
- Dates : 3 to 6 months
- Remuneration : 400€/months + 3 meals/day + accomodation
- Language : English and Spanish B1/B2
- Studies : Gastronomy, cooking, hospitality and tourism
- NIE mandatory
