POST YOUR INTERNSHIP OFFER
If you already have a description for the internship position you want to fill, you can registrer online here or send it by email to comeandgo.eu@hotmail.com Do not hesitate to detail the tasks the intern will be doing as well as the profile you are looking for. The more precise you will be, the more accurate our company service and the profiles we send will be.
step 2
WE SELECT THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR YOU
Come & Go will advertise your internship offer to the students registered in its database and broadcast it within its network of partner Business Schools (KEDGE, EBS, EXCELIA…) & Universities (IAE). We will then identify your requests and carefully select candidates to fit your company needs and requirements. We assess every candidates professionally and during their interview, we analyse their professional experience, study their skills and knowledge, assess their motivation, get a feel for their personality, check their certifications, and test their language levels.
Come & Go will also introduce your company, your products/services and the position you offer to the candidates and will answer all their questions.
step 3
WE INTRODUCE YOU TO YOUR FUTURE INTERN
Come & Go will send you an e-mail with the CV of the candidate matching your expectations and a sum up of the key informations for each candidate. Indeed, we only provide one student at a time. If he/she does not correspond, we will send you another one but we want to avoid at all cost competition between students.
step 4
YOU INTERVIEW THE CANDIDATE
You choose if you want to interview the candidate or not and notify it to Come & Go. We will organize interviews between you and the chosen candidate.
step 5
DECIDE WHO YOU WANT TO TAKE ON BOARD
After interviewing a candidate, you are free to decide whether you want to accept the candidate or not. Once you accept a student for an internship, Come & Go will send you the internship agreement provided by the intern (from his school). You will just have to sign it and send it back to Come & Go. We will then announce and confirm you the intern’s arrival. Please do not send the internship agreement directly back to the interns as they need to pay Come&Go’s fees first.
