Front Office Agent Intern – Corfu

4* hotel based in Corfu is looking for a student for the following tasks :

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Provide guests with information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
Manage reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system
Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Uphold the resort’s standards of hospitality and customer service consistently

Further Information :

• Date : 2 months minimum
• Language : Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience : Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Salary : Accommodation + 3 meals a day + full insurance are included as part of the internship package
• Schedule : 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
