- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This includes content planning, creation, scheduling, and analytics monitoring.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling and high-quality content that effectively showcases our cultural tours and team-building activities. This involves creating engaging videos, captivating images, and informative posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our online community to build relationships and encourage participation in our tours and activities. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our tours and activities, increasing bookings, and raising brand awareness. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of our social media channels and marketing campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines and social media to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including tour designers and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
