A cultural tour designer company based in Bangkok is looking for an intern for the following tasks :

  • Prospecting and Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and approach potential B2C francophone niche clients within the travel agency sector to introduce and sell our cultural private tour services. This includes conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the Francophone travel market.
    • Engage with Bangkok-based B2C prospects, focusing on organizations and companies looking for innovative team-building solutions. This involves understanding the local corporate market’s needs and offering tailored experiences that align with their goals.
  • Relationship Building and Networking:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and networking events. This includes attending industry-related events, workshops, and seminars to network with travel agencies and corporate clients.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns for both market segments. This might involve creating promotional materials, attending trade shows, or hosting informational sessions.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each target market. This includes setting sales targets, identifying key performance indicators, and monitoring the success of sales activities.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our tour and team-building offerings meet the demands and expectations of our targeted clientele. Provide feedback from the market to help shape future services.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the changing needs of our target markets. Utilize this information to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities to the management team.
