Hotels based in Cataluña Spain are looking for students for the following tasks :
- Check-in / Check-Out
- Prepare the client’s arrival
- Informs about the services offered by the hotel
- Inform the guest about cultural & gastronomic highlights
- Take care of bookings for the guests (taxi, restaurant, theatre …)
- Handle bookings by mail, fax or phone
- Handle financial transactions with the guest
- Optimize the occupancy rate of the hotel
Further information :
- Dates : 3 months minimum (from Semana Santa to end of October)
- Languages : French + English + Spanish Fluent
- Salary : shared room, 3 meals per day and 300€/month
- Location : Santa Susanna / Lloret de Mar
