Hotels based in Cataluña are looking for students for the following tasks :
- Prepare the dining room
- Prepare tables before the opening of the restaurant and check the cleanliness of them
- Prepare relatively simple dishes (appetizers, salads, pizzas, pancakes, some desserts, ice cream …) and drinks
- Welcome the clients
- Take care of supplies (food or culinary) and help in the kitchen
- To accompany the guests to their table and ensure that they consistently lack nothing
- Advise them to choose their menu and takes their order
- Bring the bill and proceed with payment
- Prepare and serve beverages, prepare different cocktails
- Advise the guests in their choice of beverage and explore new recipes
- Collect the glasses and keep the area clean and tidy
- Prepare the room, clean and maintain clean: preparation of tables, dishwashing, stocking refrigerators, coffee makers, machine washing glasses
Further information :
- Dates : 3 months minimum
- Languages : English Fluent ; Spanish basic/intermediate
- Salary : shared room, 3 meals per day and 300€/month
- Location : Santa Susanna / Lloret de Mar
