• Coordinate week one tutorials with new students to ensure they have settled into school life and living in Dublin
• Prepare course guides based on our templates
• Monitor student attendance on student management system
• Support the Exams Coordinator on exam test days
• Organise Modern Foreign Language open days, ensuring that prospective students have complete information about the courses
• Create and edit educational videos and other course materials for the Academic Department
• Create and post content on our social media platforms

Further Information :

• Dates : 6,5 months

• Salary : 800€/month + Accommodation 2 free weeks in a host family
• Schedule : 35 working hours per week + 1 hour lunch break every day (Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m) you may be required to work occasional evenings and Saturdays when we start new evening courses.
