An IT company based in Athens is looking for a student for the following tasks :
- Supporting HR-related inquiries or requests (internal and external)
- Helping with design and implementation of onboarding and training sessions
- Supervising onboarding, talent management, and recruitment processes
- Coordinating HR projects (meetings, seminars, training and surveys)
- Overseeing administrative functions
- Ensuring the well-being of all employees, working for their work-life balance, great career opportunities and inclusion
Further Information :
- Date : 3 months minimum
- Languages : English high level
- Salary : Depends on the Erasmus Scholarship
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR or related field
- Knowledge of HR-related trends and best practices
