A company specialised in creating, developing, and supplying innovative power and garden tools based in the Netherlands is looking for a student for the following tasks :
- Review webshop content (products and pages), improve product sheets
- Maintain product visibility on marketplace channels, including account health check (is any
account in danger, why?) - Do our top 20% most viewed products meet our quality requirements?
- Help define best product sheet per marketplace channel and automatize
- Assist with analytics and reporting
- Help develop strategies for capturing target audience and current customer engagement
- 1 hour customer service per day (only email)
- Help define best practices for customer service regarding the French market (tone of voice,
templates) - Other duties as assigned
Further information :
- Dates : 4 to 6 months (35 to 40 hours a week Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (to be defined))
- Studies : Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in marketingor related field of study (business, merchandising)
- Languages : French Native ; English Good command
- Salary : 450 euros monthly compensation (40 hours work week) and daily commute allowance (to a maximum of 150 euros per month)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
