A tour operator based in Dublin is looking for a student for the following tasks :
- Assistance in cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with both current and potential suppliers
- Regular communication with suppliers, including those in Ireland and Scotland, is integral to the position, necessitating proficiency in the relevant language(s)
- Responsibilities include orchestrating various arrangements for tour groups within specified timeframes – such as booking reservations, crafting and updating group itineraries, adjusting plans as per clients’ requirements, liaising with tour guides and transportation companies, etc…
- Proficient utilization of the Tourplan system (our tourism software) to handle all supplier communications, ensuring that the finalized proposal accurately reflects in Tourplan for seamless and precise accounting procedures
- Coverage of front office reception duties as assigned
- Contributing to the company’s initiatives in environmental and responsible tourism practices

- Salary : 500€/month
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
