Communication & Customer Service Internship – Prague

A company specialized in legal procedures to immigrate to Czech Republic based in Prague is looking for a student for the following tasks :

• Creating and publishing content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, primarily utilizing Canva
• Generate innovative copywriting for blog articles and social media posts related to the relocation domain
• Devising monthly plans for our company’s social media networks and maintaining the daily operations of our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Managing reception tasks such as handling emails, documents, and letters, as well as providing face-to-face customer service
• Collecting and organizing essential documents, translations, and processing payments to partners
