Management
- Assisting in General Running of the properties
- Check Ins/Outs of Tourist Properties
- Creation of listings and Visits
- Purchasing and Repairs Organization
- Searching investment properties
- Creating furniture lists
Marketing
- Update Social Media – Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
- Update the websites (word press)
- Working on SEO with marketing company hired
- Creating Blog posts
- Email/ post letters to potential Customers
- Advertising Properties
- Searching for Properties
- Creating Power point presentations for new clients and pitches
- Creating physical marketing material to present at sales meetings
Further information :
- Dates : 3 to 6 months
- Languages : English good level ; Spanish is a plus
- Salary : Public Transportation card
- Schedule : Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm
