This group of more than 900 rooms, distributed in more than 7 hotels and 2 tourist complexes is looking for interns to achieve the following tasks :
- Welcome the customer
- Direct customer service
- Provide solutions to existing problems
- Collect and analyze customer complaints and requests
- Provide the necessary information according to the product or service
- Accompany customers to their room and help with luggage (bellboy)
- Report destination options and possible activities inside and outside the hotel
Additional information :
- Dates : 3 to 6 months
- Remuneration : 400€/months + 3 meals/day + accomodation
- Language : English and Spanish B1/B2
- Studies : Gastronomy, cooking, hospitality and tourism
- NIE mandatory
