A marketing company based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an intern for the following tasks :
- Business Development: Finding new projects and new clients in order to increase sales
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing an exceptional customer service
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality
- Innovation and Creativity: Bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table, staying up-to-date with industry trends and implementing innovative solutions to bring events to the next level
- Event Planning and Coordination: Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including concept creation, budgeting, venue selection, logistics, and vendor management. Overseeing event logistics, including transportation, storage and equipment setup, in order to ensure smooth operations during the event
- Event Production: Running the show by manning the sound or lighting system during the events
- Crisis Management: Planning contingencies to handle unexpected issues with calmness and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to the event
- Quality Assurance: Conducting post-event assessments to find areas for improvement, ensuring a continuous enhancement of our event management process
Further information :
- Date : 5 months minimum
- Languages : English good level ; Mandarin is a plus
- Studies : Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field isn’t mandatory but would be appreciated
- Experience : Event planning and execution, with a track record of successful events isn’t mandatory but would be appreciated
- Salary : 10% commission on all contracts signed. No other allowance.
