- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization
- Engage & Network: Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build relationships
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and execute business development initiatives
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams
- Database Management: Update and manage client information using CRM tools
