Guest House located in Cape Town is looking for an intern with the following tasks :

  • Manage reservation platforms
  • Greet guests on arrival and be present when they leave, provide information on the products and services the guesthouse offers its guests
  • Breakfast management, room supervision, team management
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
  • Organize and coordinate special requests, such as arranging transportation or providing special amenities
  • Search for potential customers – canvassing
  • Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and positive reviews
  • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve their experience
  • Manage and train other staff in customer relations and customer service techniques
  • Manage social networks and other communication platforms

Further Information :

  • Dates : 3 mois minimum
  • Languages : English fluent
  • Studies : Bachelor or Master in hospitality prefered
