Guest House located in Cape Town is looking for an intern with the following tasks :
- Manage reservation platforms
- Greet guests on arrival and be present when they leave, provide information on the products and services the guesthouse offers its guests
- Breakfast management, room supervision, team management
- Handle customer complaints, resolve problems in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
- Organize and coordinate special requests, such as arranging transportation or providing special amenities
- Search for potential customers – canvassing
- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and positive reviews
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve their experience
- Manage and train other staff in customer relations and customer service techniques
- Manage social networks and other communication platforms

- Studies : Bachelor or Master in hospitality prefered
